You don't reply to your emails and calls yet you keep on taking money with no updated statements sent to people

I am sick and tired really of sending emails asking for my statement with the outstanding balance. I have been paying through my pay slip for more than 4years now but not even ice have I received information from you or response to the emails I keep on sending.
