Overpaid account and Unalocated payments

These people are ******. I have been making payments and requesting payment recons since 2013. The balances changes and so i decided to do my own recon. I discovered that there was an account that was closed in august 2015 and i have overpaid R785.40. Since they have closed the account they have never informed me of this amount, i had to call them constantly to rectify. I then decided to do a recon on all account statements they have sent me, further another amount of R500.00 was not allocated to my account in January and February 2016. I had to contact them again to rectify. if i haven't done my own recon they would have never fixed their mistakes. Thus in hopes of me never finishing to pay these accounts. I am still waiting for the adjusted statement which was promised to be sent to me. When they ***** your money they do it fast but when they need to do the right thing they take their time. when i call i hold for long and just to get told that Thulisile is not in her office. I am tired of email fights and this *****ing of the books by these people. Why are they doing this, it is not right and unjustifiable. They are not trust worthy!!! Check your accounts all the time
