over charging client's

On the the 4th of September (Monday)we contacted the ITC,we want to buy a house,they said we had a Capitec account of R742 on ITC so we contacted Andrie Van Der Walt Attorneys,the lady confirm that the amount is R742 so we ask we want to settle,Yesterday we ask for the amount and banking details,after we licked,her to send the email we got it,with a big shock that R742 had multip**** to a huge R9,795.05 how the hell,please explain,i am dumbstruck,we are not going to leave it,so you better sort it out,is this the way you make money by over charging the clients with mad interest and legal costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
