Over charged

Have been trying to get hold of them on there landline *** and no success. They have blacklisted me 2 times for the same account. According to my calculation I have paid R18000.00 on a outstanding of R4150.00 have cancelled my debit order today to see if they might call me now. My only worry is that the are going to list me for a 3 time for same account.
