No answer - I want to settle

I called Identity and Foschini who directed me to A Van Der Walt Attorneys to settle my accounts.<br> <br> When i call them to make an arrangement to settle full debt their phones are constantly engaged and when they eventually ring no more answers.<br> <br> They do not have a proper website or email - do they expect me to go to their Piet Retief office or do they make more money by keeping accounts/ blacklisting without affording us an opportunity to pay?<br> <br> I do not want a bad experience with this just to pay my accounts <br> <br> I just the full amounts due on both accounts - their account details - then a settlement letter with a confirmation of removing listing on my credit profile.<br> <br> Your urgent response will be highly appreciated.<br> <br> Regards<br> Olwethu <br>
