need to know the outstandin balance
<p>i have been paying for my capitec account since last year and i dont know how much is outstanding,i need to know please. I tried to get hold of you on monday and the lady i spoke to took my cell number and never got back to me</p>

15 Sept 2016, 10:12A balance and settlement balance has been sent through to the complainant today the 15/09/2016 through email as well as an sms was sent. The complainant also confirmed receipt of the documentation.
