Lawless attorneys who *****s from people

I was garneeshed in May 2014 for a finchoice account dating 2012. Firstly I knew that I finished paying the account and I never recieved any calls/communication regarding the account. Asked Van der Walt to send me the documents where I ackowlaged the debt. The documents had a freadulant signature and they told me to send them an affidavit stating that the signature on the documents is not mine I faxed it. In October I followed up and they said they didnt get the affidavit and they need a new one I did send it, still there was no response. I decided to let it slip away and the last payment was in May.<br> Today I recieved a notice of taxation for the amount of R2 939,10 and a court date and I called to get clearity and nobody wanted to take my call. I sent them an email with all the documents I including the affidavit. Later I recieved an email from Laiken Smith saying I should just forget about the court date and make arrangements to pay the money. Legaly they cant call me to court in another province where I dont reside and besides the agreement took place telephonically in JHB, so was suppose to be called to JHB court and no court stamp on the documents. ********* law practice
