Garnish order

<p>These people are seriously interested in deduction ting money from people's salary without communication whatsoever. I was garnished yesterday for not paying the WEST STREET FINANCE in kempton park who h I owed over 5 years ago. To my sulfide they traced me but no ommunicstion was done with me and they claim that I signed documents over 5 years ago. I recently started this new job and I. Contacted tranunion to send me statement of amounts I owe since I am interested in paying my debts and suprisingly these people are not even o the list. Why didn't they contact me to make arrangements and then resolute to legal action if I was still not paying. I sent an email to the lawyers asking foe the detailed statement it no response. Firstly I wanted to know the capital owed to WEST STEEET FINANCE AD HOW THEY CAME TO THE AMOUNT I OWE THEM WITHOUT COMMUNICATING TO ME. And furthermore the lawyers that charged me for attempts in contactig ne aswell. </p>
