CAPITEC LOAN ACC

Capitec handed over my account to these attorneys, I need to make a payment arrangement and settle part of my loan but they are untraceable, lack of correspondence, they don't answer their phone, I've been looking for Ntombi since March 2015, they avoid your enquiries over the phone with lame excuses that they will revert back to you after 24hrs, please assist because there are rumours that they go behind clients back and blacklist them.
