Cant get hold of anyone

I am trying to get hold of someone there about a medical bill. I called the number on the email but it says the number does not exist. I have called the number on your website, that goes through but askes to push option 3 for medical query. The option 3 does not work. I have been trying all morning. Can someone call me back. ***
