Bad service

I recently found out there was n truworths account handed over to Andrie v.d Walt attorneys. I contacted them immediately to settle the account after waiting for days for a settlement amount to no avail, I tried contacting them after 22 phone call attempts i get hold of them for them to say that phumzile is not at her desk then after the phone line is busy. You can't seem to get hold of them. Poor service to me and poor service to their client.
