Attorneys operate like a ****a shop

I contacted A Van Der Walt attorneys in order to obtain a statement for an account that was handed over. It has already been more than two weeks, and I cannot get a simple statement. <br> First that lady, Thuli never gets back to me. When I asked her to forward her superior's details, she never does. <br> The statement she sent, does not include payments that I have made and she insists that it does but cannot point it out to me. <br> I am now fed up with the service and dishonesty. <br> Its ridiculous that in this day and age, attorneys cannot deliver simple information to someone who would like to make payments.
