Account paid up but payments still being deducted from my salary

I was garnished by this company for capitec in 2013..i have been paying ever since then through my payslip.. I recently got my credit report because i wanted to see how i have been paying for 6 years yet the debt does not get paid off.. To my shock my credit report shows that my account was paid up in May 201 however this people are still deducting money from my account.. This is ********* and disgusting even worse when you call them they dont pick up phones.. Between them and capitec bank someone needs to sort this out before i take the issue to social media
