A VAN DER WALT ATTORNEYS ARE CLAIMING EXTRA!

In May 2015 I was surprised to find that a court order was attached to my salary, of which I was not contacted before hand by Finchoice - when I contacted Finchoice on the matter I was told that it was for R2700 that was for their fees (the loan amount was paid back, but they didn't collect their fees per debit order as well) Also let it be noted that Finchoice did have my work telephone number and e-mail address and I was not contacted by them or their attorneys, Andrie van Der Walt Attorneys, to be notified of this amount, which I also made clear when I spoke to the call centre agent. I was extremely upset to say the least but felt that my hands were tied and that if it was for only R2700 then I will let the amount be deducted from my salary and get this done with. This morning when I contacted our salary department to verify that the court order have been paid in full, (as R200 have been deducted from my salary since May 2014 - R3000 already paid) I almost had a heart attack as I was told that the amount is for R12724.44 that is to be deducted. When I called their offices I made it clear that i am very upset and I will lodge a complaint with the NCR
