If the shoe fits

My son bought a pair of shoes from this company online, supposedly the shoes were cheaper than off the shelf. The time to delivery was supposed to be six weeks, the shoes were ordered on 4 Dec, after much enquiring they happened to arrive when we were in Cape Town, on 92 April. Prompt service huh?They were a size to small and when we asked Alyssa to refund or replace them she said they were cheaper because the size label was wrong. We compared the shoes to an existing pair of size 11 and they were way smaller. She said they work Eu labels and not UK and generally ducked and dived. She also would not answer her phone when I tried to phone. After a while she said that their terms and conditions state they don't do returns.as far as I know the cpa does not allow that? Especially if they have ordered the size wrong in the first place. Right in the beginning she said that only they would be able to get a size 11 in that shoe and the waiting and ducking and diving tells me they couldn't get it and they have given us a 9 or 10 and now made it our problem. I can't use the shoes and am out if pocket with R 700
