OR Tambo Luggage Wrap

I wrapped my luggage at OR Tambo today and the luggage was only wrapped twice, I am very unhappy as this service is used as a precaution to deter or prevent luggage break in's at the airport. I am able to rip the plastic with ease, where as usually I would need to use scissors to do this.

Price has gone up and I have less plastic.
