After my struggle with my laptop battery I contacted Acer who refered me to Asolution. At this company i spoke to a gentleman who identified himself as Stephen Black. What a gentleman who knows how to deal with clients. From the moment we met I was treated with respect from the minute. I handed my laptop in and in few minutes i was given a quotation. In a week i got countless emails updating me of my laptop. I finally received my laptop with a new battery from Acer Europe and also a charger. Since February my laptop operates like a new one.
