Poor communication.

I am truly shocked at the poor level of service recieved from this company as a Samsung repair centre. When i first visited they told me if my phone was under warranty(which it is) they can order the part prior to booking it in for repairs, and that it can be done within a day and i can pick it up before they close. This was not the case, i had no communication that the unit is going to be ready the following day, and when i went in as soon as they opened they told me it will be ready at 2 o clock, i say its fine. An hour later (9am) they let me know the phone is ready for collection, i go and fetch it, and had to wait FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES, before being told they will courier it, it was delivered at 14:25... C'mon guys, fix this problem!
