Unprofessional conduct by immigration lawyer, Mr. Terry Nkuna (+***0) of A S Raseroka Attorneys. Paid R6800 in September 2024 for DHA appeal services. He failed to deliver, made excuses, and ghosted. In December 2024 I logged the appeal myself, and DHA responded in January 2025. Mr. Nkuna promised a refund in February, but didn't pay. Blocked me on WhatsApp and phone. Colleague Smangaliso intervened, and Mr. Nkuna promised to refund R6800 by April 1, 2025. Still waiting.
