Disgracefull: A-REWARDS / RAKEESHA JOOTHAN

Rakeesha Joothan from A-Rewards contacted me and offer a package for a update for my son's cell phone. When I received the contract I saw that the contract does not correspond with the conversation we had. I immediately cancelled the contract as it stated that I could cancel it within 24 hours. I have to date send 20 e-mails to Rakeesha but have not had any response on my communication. This is a disgrace. They are now charging me for this ******* and she does not respond to my e-mails. They are also not answering the phone, onthe number they gave me. I went to MTN in the Strand but they refuse to assist me in this matter. They said they tried to contact them with no luck so now they are not interested . I think this is a disgrace and false advertising.
