Bad attitude and lateness

Im a regular user of Ariyeng Bus as every month i make sure that i load my card with a money that will last me for the whole month when i go to work,travelling from town to<br> Hatfield assuming that it will be much convenient for me as im just staying 5 minutes away from the station,on their brochure it's written buses operates every 7 minutes but<br> from my experience since i start use those buses it's not true on the 11th March i waited from 07:50 until the bus arrived by 08:11,west part no one even informed you<br> of the delays and the reasons of the delays,when you approach Tukies bus stop it have to stop another plus minus 4 minutes<br> as there's many students who have to get off before the bus can depart,i try to spoke to the <br> assistant lady who were working with the driver regarding that what she have to say is to give me her attitude saying her bus was on time,not even apologise on behalf of Ariyeng,<br> i was late from work again 16th March i miss 7hrs bus thinking i will catch 07:07 bus,guess what it came by 07:16 no one inform about delays again,i was late again to work <br> because of their service i try to call their tel no *** to log a complaint,i spoke to the Guy n
