MECHANIC DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE MY CAR BACK

<p>In November 2016 the above mechanic worked on my car ie pistons, bearings, oil rings, gaskets cylinder head etc. my car kept on dying on me while driving - ok this was fixed re the mechanic, in january my car died on me again and a new distributor was put in, a mont later same happened and the oil cap kept on shooting off, phoned mechanic took car back and it has been there now for 3 weeks, mechanic does'nt contact me with info, i phone and message but he ignores it, and 2 days ago my friend went and spoke to him and he said they had to fix the pistons and the car would be ready like in yesterday 9/03/2017, came there but no another excuse and swore he would make sure my car was ready today 10/03/2017, but no came there this afternoon waited 3 hours and still not ready, he then shouted at me when I said but I could'nt wait any longer cause my lift had to leave, well the end is that my car is still there. What now? Please don't go to this mechanic who is in Bellville across the Bellville Market,I paid over R4000,00 since november 2016 till now and still same problem and he just doesn't seem to want to give my car back. Where can I report this backstreet mechanic, maybe the motor industry ombudsman?</p>
