Good day everyone

By far the worst customer service. Lack of transparency ( poor communication), promised waiting period 5-7 days after excess fee is paid.

I've been waiting for 10 working days and they failed to inform me, they are running late( days late). I called to find out what the problem is and was told the manager will call back from the receptionist asap. I patiently waited and called them again after one hour.

I received i WhatsApp saying they will install next week. No call from the manager to apologise for his lack of customer satisfaction.

Clear statement Customer aren't number 1.
