Shoddy work and pathetic service

I had my entire house's waterproofing done. The day after the work was completed I noticed a fairly severe leak with the water coming through and damaging the ceiling. I immediately tried to contact the service provider. Despite a warrantee on the work, and the contractor having been paid in full - the service provider refuses to answer calls or messages. Shoddy work and no customer care at all!
