Do not use A Plus Group

We accepted a quote from A Plus Group to install a diesel generator in our home which cost a large amount of money. We had to pay David from A Plus upfront in order for him to order and purchase the generator. After many stories from David and the Financial Manager, Bongi at A Plus Group, our generator was finally installed a couple of months after we paid for It by David from A Plus. We used the generator twice and then the gasket blew as when David installed it, he forgot to put water in the radiator.I phoned David who came to our house a day or two later and advised that he needed to remove parts from our generator to get them fixed. He advised it should take 3 days to repair. That was 5 weeks ago and David has vanished. He is not taking our calls and we cannot use our very expensive generator as David has our parts. Even though their website looks professional, don't be fooled. You cannot get through to an number and they are very unprofessional. Do not use these guys, you will definitely be disappointed!!!
