Bad service

My experience with aplacetoshop.co.za has been very negative. I ordered and paid for a laptop tray 1 month ago, it arrived damaged at my door, we immediately returned it to aplacetoshop.co.za and they refused to refund me. The amount is less than R400 and these people seem to be so “broke” that they can’t afford to refund me. I strongly suggest that you do not buy from them, they offer zero after sales service and hide behind one excuse after the other. Regards Quintin
