Worst service ever

I wish to not give it a star at all. There is so much shadiness in this business. My car was towed to this panelbeaters on the 9th of January. A minor accident but they have been giving me feedback that they are still waiting for the parts for the past 7 weeks. They cant even give me developmental feedback on this waiting for parts. When you order something you will always have a track of it. How are insurances still using this panelbeaters for crying out loud....
