Threatened with physical assult

<p>Dial Direct sent me to this panel beater for an assesment after car accident. On the day of assesment I was already doubting the service when manger complained about other customers excess not paid. Did a five minute assesment. Three days later got a sms for booking and to inform me that I would need to pay an excess of R2500. My car is only four months old, only 120 in the country. Spares are not available except from dealers who will import. I then took my car to another panel beater and got a quote for under R5000. I questioned Dial direct but refused the quote and referd me back to A& N Panelbeaters. I questioned the spare parts and was told it would be imported and my car would have to stand on their premisses until next year. i phoned the panelbeater yesterday and he was adamant not to work on my car as the spares would be a problem. He phoned me back yesterday afternoon and told me to bring my car today which I did. After questioning the reason why all the dirty marks on my cars bonnet were identified as scratches , the manager NICO threatened me verbally and physically. He then refused to work on my car.</p> <p>Due to this Dial Direct has cancelled my insurance and the claim of over R20 000 is now my problem. </p> <p>I would advise people NOT to use this panelbeater as they are overpricing their work and they have bad attitude towards their customers. The have NO cleint concern.</p>
