We consulted with Farzana, I believe the owner of the business, to manufacture a glass sliding door. They accepted the job and we paid them upfront. We waited weeks after the promised date for delivery and installation and whenever we chased it up, Farzana fobbed us off with one excuse after the other. Eventually the door arrived and was installed and we were really pleased with it. However after 2 weeks, the door started sagging and we were unable to close it without difficulty. We reached out to Farzana who said it was an installation issue (although they arranged the installation and were paid for it). Again we were, given the runaround with no attempt to remedy. The glass finally crashed sending 150kg of glass fragments all over me. We reached out to Farzana who assured us she would get back to us before close of business. She did not. I called her and she was verbally abusive and hung up the phone. We are handing this matter over to our solicitors to deal with. If I had known then what I know now about this company I would NEVER have used them.
