AnF Glass Manufacturers dont give quotes

Hi Everyone please note that I am writing this with a sad heart as I am currently working for a small business and know how hard times are currently, I really wanted to support my local small businesses. My experience goes as follows, I contacted A n F glass manufacturers (Athlone industry 2, -***) come snd give me a quote on the 15th July (as I pass them on my way to work everyday and saw their sign and even spoke to there staff outside the premises ) I spoke to a lady Roukshana and gave my details and I told them I live 1 minute away from there premises, she assured me they will call me and try and get out to me that same day. Few days passed and I haved not heard from them, I went directly to there premises and spoke to Roukshana and she informed me that they forgot but will definitely make a turn that same day. Still have not heard from them.
