Extremely Disappointing Experience with Milner Realty

<div>My experience with Milner Realty has been deeply disappointing and, unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. On several occasions, my enquiries about properties were met with brief, dismissive responses that made me feel like my interest as a genuine buyer was not valued. I fully understand that sellers may require prospective buyers to provide proof of pre-approval before viewing a property. My complaint has never been about that requirement. It has always been about the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service I consistently experienced. What concerns me even more is what happened after I submitted a review to Property24 about my experience. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the agent responded by making statements about my property purchase and bond application that I believe are factually incorrect. The response stated that I had purchased a particular property and that my bond application had been declined. This is not true. I did not purchase that property, and my home loan was approved subject to the sale of my existing property. I have documentary proof from my bank confirming this. I referred the matter to Property24, and after reviewing my complaint, they confirmed that my original review comp**** with their community guidelines and would not be removed. This reinforced my belief that my review was a fair reflection of my experience. I was also concerned that information relating to my financial circumstances was discussed without my consent during the review dispute. Because I take the protection of personal information seriously, I have escalated my concerns through the appropriate channels for investigation. As a prospective buyer, I expected honesty, professionalism, respect, and confidentiality. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Milner Realty. I sincerely hope the agency reviews its customer service practices and ensures that future clients are treated with professionalism, respect, and integrity.</div>
