*********** management

A M Security is the worst company to work for. The bosses,and I refer to management and not the Owners of the company,are an *********** lot.They got this ****** mentality still. They are so illiterate that they would prefer to listen,and believe stories what workers come and tell them instead of asking the person/s who the stories are told about. People like that does not belong in management positions! What sad is is that the manager and bosses are family and that is how they get away with it. And it is that same family members who will be the death of what use to be a good company. I would not encourage nor refer anyone to go and work for that company,nor refer clients to a company like AM Security. The owners of this company must seriously intervene because this has been coming on for a couple of years now. Dont employ family amd them put them in management positions if they don't know what the role of a manager is
