Saying ONE thing and change to fit Insurance Compa

The contractor (A & M Maintenance) to the Insurance Company came to inspect my one property that is being rented out, but due to damages to the floor we now need some floor panels to be replaced. The above mentioned contractor said that he can see signs that there might have been termites, but due to the fact that no termites is visible he also cannot confirm so. He mentioned that he will change the wording to see if he can put in the claim and that to me stipulates ********** transactions that these guys will do anything for money. I got the report back and see he did not do so and he probably noticed when I started asking certain questions. By cancelling the claim does not put me back, but more so that everybody complains about the ***** happening within our Parliament, but yet these contractors wanted to do the same. How can Insurance companies make use of these contractors as we at the end of the day needs to pay our increased premiums because of *****. What is CIB Insurance going to do about it?
