STAY AWAY FROM A LINE DOORS AND GATES!!!!!

I have had the most awful experience with the above company. The owner of this company had no urgency to a situation which involved my wife with a newborn and 2 year old and our gate malfunctioning.

He came and took our gate for 'inspection' and then proceeded to tell us it would cost 7k to fix or 12k to get a new one. quick search on takealot showed a new one of the same make and model for 7k. he also then proceeded to not come on the day of instalation so we got some 1 else to install it that day.

he kept the motor with the receiver and automation and refuses to return it despite me saying i would pay him for the call out fees and costs he incurred.

most unproffessional and rooked person with no morals or ethics i have ever come across.
