VERY BAD SUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi all I just want to share my experience with this business and I will strongly advise that you don't use this Laundry/Dry cleaners. I send an very expensive carpet to them to clean. But when I received the carpet back again in was in shredders. All that they could said is that I did not told them how they must clean it and they are not going to give me anything for it.

I also wrote an complain with the Consumer's people but did not heard back from them yet. So please be careful.
