Pathetic service - will not recommend!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service received. My entire pool was re-done in Jan 2023 i.e. surface preparation, 1 coat primer, 1 coat dampsealer and 3 coats epoxy paint with a 3 year guarantee. We are now in June and i have numerous surface cracks in many areas that was shown to them,however the feedback I've received after many attempts trying to contact A&L maintenance is that nothing can be done. So what was the point of spending R12000 with a 3 year guarantee???
