Poor quality and service

The products I received as per my order is not the same as on the website. The description does not reflect the actual product I received. When I contacted the company they denied and tried to justify their supply.

It is rather unpleasant when you place an order with a business in good faith, receive goods, you query or question the supply, you turn out to be in the wrong.

It is a losing battle as a customer because indirectly, it is as if you hear you should never have placed an order with us. This is our product you don't like it, tough luck we've got your money.

So I caution consumers to review businesses in advance before you place orders. The website images are not a true reflection of the products they supply.
