Poor accomodation
I make booking 31 Oct until 2 Nov at Royal Princess Garden on booking.com What disaster when zi arrived there the unit is at the back of a haresalon No soap.shampoo.coffe I didn't unpack and told the Person I am not happy about the accomodation and it is not according to the photos He told me the photos was just for decorating I ask him where will we eat breakfast he said in the room There is no table to sit and eat zi told him I am not happy and want to cancel ant a refund on my booking R 1 976 He told me I must phone booking.comAnd start to get aggressive and told me it is his property and I must leave So I leave without accomodation back home Please can I get help to get my refund
