NO RESPONSE FROM PLUMBER TO SEND AN UPDATED INVOICE FOR INSURANCE

I used this plumber to change my geyser. I had to make payment before even being invoiced. After sending the invoice to the Insurance they requested that the correct address be specified. I had to call and message Arshaad the plumber a hundred times for this simple request. I eventually had to call the person who referred me to this completely unprofessional oke to get him to do this several weeks later. I had to wait over 2 months to get paid back from Insurance because of this idiot.
