Poor Aftersales & Inferior Materials

I called this company to fix a leak in my roof. David Olver the owner arrived and suggested that I pay the amount of R18000.00 to guarantee any repairs on my roof for 5 years. I thought it was a good suggestion and one less thing to worry about. However, I detected further leaks, he sent someone to access the problem and repairs. My problem was not over as I still have leaks. I called him on numerous occasions and he either promised to come or ignores the calls, this has been going on for the past 6 months. His last response to me was showing me the \birdie"the equivalent of sticking up a finger"
