Terrible Service

I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the service I received from the Salon. I was charged for a full color when only my roots were colored. I asked for a specific style and was told that the stylist does not do it for personal reasons and I said I did not want layers at the back which was then cut anyway. I asked for a straight blow-dry and was given a curly look. The color was the incorrect color and did not match and is already fading after less than 2 weeks. The owner has not responded to my messages and the stylist refuses to refund me. I would not recommend the salon
