Summons against a Concept box & Tuc Tuc
A Concept Box is a terrible company and so is the Tuc Tuc company. They are devious business people. We returned our electric bikes because the batteries did not charge.. and have never seen a cent back from them. Even their lawyers do not want to represent them. A Con Box!! Stay away!!

Dear Peter
The initial batteries were faulty received via the supplier which we immediately reacted to and ask for you to send the batteries to us. You agreed to wait and we shipped in new batteries for the bicycles after sending the faulty ones back to China.
Once the new batteries were sent you decided to cancel which we accepted.
The bicycles were sent back in a terrible state of wrapping causing damage and there were no chargers for the batteries returned making them completely useless.
we do have a credit note for the cost then owing to you, but since then no response from the lawyers.
We still have the same lawyers that have confirmed no communication from yourselves or your lawyers since last year September making this complete statement untrue.
