A-Cars poor dealership

Bought a vehicle, was not informed that the vehicle was in an accident. Vehicle had accident damage, gearbox damage, engine damage, suspension damage, wiring problems, the accident repairs was done very poorly, ext. This all was hidden behind cover. The vehicle went to roadworthy 3 time. It should never had past. The documentation was ********** fill in. They did however take the vehicle back and settled the bank. They now do not want to give me my payments back. I have about 60 photos of all the problems with the document proof. They have the attitude that they don't need to give it back to me and they do not believe that this was a ********** transaction. The sales person also had the attitude that they never loos a case against the consumer protection commission, however in my case I have given them a bible full of proof. This to me shows that they do this on a regular basis. The dealer ship that I spoke to also did not inform me that they are only acting as a middleman. I only learned about this when I started with my complaint.
