Excellent Service - Salute!

Hi-five to A-Call-Away team for delivering an exceptional service. Despite experiencing some frustration due to a shortage of geysers which resulted in a two week wait, I am very pleased with the outcome. The minute stock was available, I was contacted by Miguel who then came by to do a second assessment and arranged to install the following day. As promised a team of three technicians arrived punctually at 11am that day. I was somewhat skeptical that they would succeed at installing two geysers on one day, but the job is completed by 5pm without any problems. The work included replacing two broken geysers. They also needed to relocate one which presented some technical complexities, from both plumbing and electrical perspectives. But, plumbers Miguel and Manny; and their teammate Reza the electrician, finished the whole job as promised. The guys were professional, skilled, transparent and forthcoming with information and I fully endorse this company for an efficient service, flawless workmanship and professional delivery.

With so much uncer*****y in the world at this time; and the culture of shoddy service delivery we have become accustomed to, this was a very pleasant surprise.
