Not attending to / fixing damage they caused during installation

After the great experience with replacing the geyser (see my previous review), this matter turned around completely. After the geyser was replaced, my neighbour made me aware that the technicians had damaged the spikes on his wall in order to reach the geyser safely. The spikes next to the geyser where partly cut and partly hammered flat. So I wrote the company in March to please contact my neighbour in order to arrange repairs or replacement of those spikes. After the lockdown I sent a reminder, but there was no reply to me or my neighbour. It leaves a very bad aftertaste, so I must revoke my previous judgement and can not recommend this company any further, I also recommended my insurance to look for a different contractor.
