A Bit of Heaven...........................or Hell

I made a booking in March for November2020 but due to the Covid the school exams and holidays have changed, I've phoned in this morning to move our stay to end of October but Annelet did not even try to accommodate us , her response was: " you have lost your deposit and we cannot move the stay at all" is this how you do business.
