A Bit of Heaven....or Hell?

My stay at A Bit of Heaven was disappointing to say the least. When I phoned to confirm my booking, I had mentioned my name multiple times however Annelet booked my husband and I in the wrong room. She gave us the budget room although we paid for the deluxe luxury room. We left because we couldn't share a bathroom with the other guests. The bathroom was in a bad condition and smelt of urine. Annelet refused to refund us our money even though the budget room was much cheaper than the deluxe luxury room. How can a host not ask their guests for their identity when they arrive for their booking? Also, when I asked her for a refund, she was very rude saying that she found a strand of hair on the beddings therefore she can't refund us. Such poor taste. If you're looking for a nice establishment in Pietermaritzburg, you are better of choosing Wensleydale and not A Bit of Heaven. The host at Wensleydale is wonderful and the environment is beautiful and serene.
