Not fixing what was supposed to be fixed

I took my vehicle to A and G motor spares who is supposedly the best at doing CV joints at the end of June for the CV joints to be replaced. Payment was processed and they"fixed the CV joints" however, the CV joint would still make a noise when turning. I went back and they told me to ha e the left CV done as well. I assured them I would bring it in the end of July. However my car never made it to the end of July as they didn't tighten something on the CV joint and coming out of a bend the car kept rearing to the left side "this is the one they fixed in June." I hit into a tree and rolled my car. I am not happy at all about their service and want everybody to know that their service is horrible... They are forever standing chatting before helping customers, and their greed almost cost me my life. Thank you for taking not only my freedom, but for a car that I knew how to handle. Your work ethics should really be reviewed. I am highly disappointed. Thanks for nothing.
