I test drove a car and decided to buy it. Before I sent through any documents I asked if certain things would be fixed. The car had missed its last service. The sales person signed a letter stating he would send the car for a service plus fix a few other things. I sent him all my documents and told him to proceed with the sale. After that he refused to do the service and wouldn't lower the selling price even though he had signed that he would pay. He never got back to me and I would always have to phone him. This is terrible customer service and totally *********.
