Last year June I purchase a car at A n D supermotors when I took the vehicle to BB Nissan at Hatfield for 101 quality check they found out that the odometer was tempered with, the odometer did not correspond with what they have on their system. And to repair the damages on everything that needed to be replaced was 45000 plus. I met with the owner and his partner Topie and I simply said to them just do a service on the vehicle and the rest I will do it myself.

I tried communicating with them to make this right. But they Chose to ignore my communication. They left me no choice but to fight for what is right.

They take advantage on people. And they must be aware that this is not a threat but a right to show other people that its against the South African law to take advantage on consumers. Media will take its course now. I advice whoever is reading this email at A and supermotors to show Duke the owner that AnD super motors will be exposed to media and social media and everyone who is in process of buying a car from them must think twice.

They tempered with the odometer and reduce the mileage of a vehicle which was serviced September 2016 at 90 000km and when I bought the vehicle 2017 cash it was on 65000 plus km I then took this matter to scorpion legal. When I call they dealer they always say the owner is not available. I tried to reason with them but they refused to understand. I sent an email but they ignored my all my emails. I have proof from BB Nissan even Avis and confirmed that the mileage is not correct and send me the documents which confirmed that the last service was done 2016 at 90 000km

A n D supermotors must be exposed in how they operate. I didn't ask for compensation from them but I simply asked them to do a major service on the vehicle at BB Nissan Hatfield. The last time I was there their quotation for service it was about 6000 to 7000 instead of 45000 that needed to repair the car, they even ignored all communication from my attorney from scorpion legal. I'm fighting for my Democratic and Consumer right. They even threatened me that if I continue with this matter they will go to some prophet they worship and an employee from this dealer by the name Emanuel said I should try them and i will see.

DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALER

I won't leave this matter until I get justice

# let's expose all the car dealers who takes advantage on people
